Justine A. SmithJustine A. Smith
Justine moved to Austin sixteen years ago and bought her first house in 1997 in South Austin.  It was the realization of a life's dream; her single parent family never owned a house.  Justine began turning an obsession into a career when she joined Keller Williams's Realty International group in a support role, and her interest and enthusiasm just kept growing.

Justine became an investor in 2002, when she bough a small fixer-upper on the East Side.  She owns 2 rental properties of her own, and is working on her fourth flip.  Justine was featured in season 2 of TLC's (The Learning Channel) Flip That House , when they featured her rehabbing a house she'd moved to the East Side.  She's now filming a second episode of Flip That House, featuring a house she's moving to the Cuernevaca area.  Moving houses is another of Justine's passions because it allows her to save some of the terrific architecture of the past.

Justine has experience in land development, new construction, rehab projects, house moving, and condo conversions.

Justine is mom of two terrific kids.  She and her husband, musician Kevin Smith, live in a rambling old farm house on 5 acres in southwest Austin (near Driftwood).  When he's not on the road with Dwight Yoakam, The Derailers, and some other great folks,  Kevin plays in  Austin with Heybale! and helps Justine manage their rental properties.

In addition to real estate, Justine is an avid music lover and gardener.

Mishell B. KneelandMishell B. Kneeland
Mishell came to real estate after moving to Austin to realize her dream of owning a home.  Mishell was raised in San Diego, but spent sixteen years in apartments on the east coast before she realized that what she really wanted was a house with a yard and garden.  In 2003, she bought her first house in South Austin, where she still lives.

Mishell leads a double life as a practicing attorney who specializes in employment and constitutional law for the state of Texas and a real estate agent.  She has experience in real estate transactions and litigation here in Texas, as well as in New York.  Mishell is also an experienced real estate investor, who owns two investment properties.

When she's not working, Mishell loves throwing parties and cooking, and is always interested in trying new restaurants.  And if you see her at the Spoke or Ginny's, she's nearly always up for a dance.
